Welcome to M.S.A.D. #49 Child Care

The M.S.A.D. #49 Child Care Program believes that parent involvement is essential to their child's development. Children need to be treated with respect and warmth in an accepting and positive environment where the needs of the whole child are met. Caring staff expect the child to learn and grow while following individual interests with a hands-on manner for PLAY IS CHILDREN'S WORK!

For the past 25 years, MSAD#49 has offered full time child care and before & after care to district families. Thousands of families have benefited from this service over the years.

The programs are run out of the Fairfield Primary School, and  Benton & Albion Elementary Schools.  The children who attend Clinton Elementary School are bused to the Benton School for Before and After Care.

Families feel comfortable knowing their children are in a safe place while they work and love the convenience of having care available right at the school.

All programs are licensed with the State of Maine and are registered with the Quality Rating System.

All programs provide a wide variety of fun and engaging activities.

Activities are planned by experienced staff who develop themes to keep it exciting and fun for children.

Field trips are planned to also enhance the experiences for children.

Children develop relationships with staff and their peers that last for many years.

Children build friendships that last throughout their school years and beyond.
Children develop social skills that last a lifetime!
