Dear MSAD 49 School Families,
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new After School Program satellite location at Benton Elementary School. Our programs are designed with your child’s growth, development, and happiness in mind. As a trusted partner in nurturing young minds, we are committed to providing a safe, engaging, and enriching environments for your children. We are still working with the Town of Benton, with school administrators, and with the State of Maine, Department of Health & Human Services for licensing and site visits, and any other legal approvals prior to opening the program. We hope to make this transition as smooth as possible. We are working diligently to begin the program as close to the start of the school year as possible. Currently, we do not have an official opening date. Some of the most important steps include licensing approval from the State so that we may access the Childcare Subsidy Program for families and to assure that we hire high-quality staff to run the program.
