Flu shot clinic:
MSAD49 will be partnering with MaineGeneral Health to provide in-school Flu
vaccine clinics for our students. Parents may sign their children up to get their flu
vaccine at school and have it administered by MaineGeneral staff at school during
the school day. This is an option for parents who would like to have their children
vaccinated and ONLY those with completed and signed permission forms will be
vaccinated. If you wish to have your child get the flu shot, please complete the
form and return it to school as soon as possible. Dates of clinics are as follows:
Lawrence Jr. High/High School: September 21, 2023
Albion Elementary: October 24, 2023
Benton Elementary: October 24, 2023
Clinton Elementary: October 25, 2023
Fairfield Primary: October 25, 2023
