Dear MSAD 49 Community,
Happy Summer! As you may be aware, the Benton Elementary School parking area is under construction as part of our new school project. The contractor is tying the campus together with what will result in an expanded parking area and a safer bus loop, pick-up and drop-off for students and families. The existing area, including parking lot, ball field and playground will not be accessible to staff or the public through late August. It is a safety issue as well as the space and time needed for the contractor to complete the work and keep the project on schedule. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience.
